Amazing Party Store ships with Canada Post by default, but reserves the right to utilise alternative carriers or methods if it is deemed appropriate.
Where all ordered items are available in-store and the order is received with sufficient time, it will be shipped the same business day. Packages that are prepared after Canada Post collection are shipped at the next opportunity.
Quoted shipping times are provided by Canada Post and represents their service promise. These are business days and do not include weekends or holidays. Tracking Information is available by email.
You may choose an In-store Pickup as an option during checkout. We will contact you when you order is ready to be collected. You may add an Order Note during checkout to tell us if you have any specific deadlines we should know about and we will do our best to adhere to them.
Please note that we recommend that all online orders that are required by Halloween be placed around one week prior to avoid disappointment. Depending on where you live, you may still place orders after that date and receive your items in time, but our carriers cannot guarantee delivery times.
Orders shipped to most major urban centres throughout Canada take approximately 2-3 business days for delivery once shipped. Rural areas typically require 4-5 business days to deliver.
For faster shipping options, please select 'Express' or 'Priority' as shipping methods upon checkout.
Please include applicable deadlines or special shipping requests in the 'Order Notes' section during checkout. To avoid delays in shipping your order, we recommend that you order items that show that they are 'In Stock'. Please note that stock levels change rapidly and cannot be guaranteed. We will make every effort to fulfill your original request and will suggest related alternatives if the original cannot be sourced.
Halloween In-store Pick-up:
There is no specific in-store pick-up deadline for you to place your order, however, we do ask that you place your order with sufficient time for us to process it. Note that you will be contacted directly once your order is available for pick-up. We ask for your co-operation in claiming your order only after you've received confirmation that your order has been processed and is available for pick-up.
