The majority of our products are covered by the Return Policy, however some exclusions apply.

Returns and Refunds require customers to provide contact details such as name, address and telephone number. Details of Returns and Refunds may be stored for quality control, training or reporting purposes.

Refunds will be in the form of Store Credit, unless otherwise stated and may not be applicable for certain items including, but not limited to, Wigs, Hats, Masks, Hosiery & Intimate Apparel, Fireworks, Electronics, Party Effects and Clearance Items. These items are Final Sale. 

Exchanges or Refunds for all other merchandise will be at the discretion of Amazing Party Store Sales Associates and/or Management within 30 Days from the date of purchase provided merchandise & packaging is in original, unopened, unused condition with receipt.

Amazing Party Store reserves the right to refuse return based on condition of merchandise and/or packaging.

No exchanges or returns can be processed between October 15-November 5.

Here are some of the most Frequently Asked Questions we receive regarding our Returns & Exchanges Policy:

What is Amazing’s return policy?
The majority of our products are supported by our Returns guarantee that provides a 14-Day grace period for the return of an item. Please be aware that refunds are given for the cost of merchandise only, return shipping charges and package refusal costs are not refundable.

Products returned with missing items, that have been worn/used, altered, without it’s original packaging or garment tag are not applicable for a refund. Please check to make sure all of the pieces are included in the packaging before returning.

We DO NOT accept the following returns:
  • Special Order Items
  • Props that require special delivery
  • Fireworks
  • Any item that has been worn, used or altered
  • Life-sized cutouts
There may be a minimum 15% restocking fee for returned items that do not correspond to our regular return guidelines. Additional fees also may apply to unauthorized refusal of packages. A minimum 15% restocking fee is automatically added to returns of more than five of one item ordered.

Some items are excluded from our Returns Policy due to their nature. These items include, but not limited to:
  • Cosmetics, makeup and eye lashes
  • Fangs or any other fake teeth and prosthetics
  • DVD's and CD's
  • Undergarments, stockings, hosiery and socks
  • Morphsuits & 2nd Skin costumes
  • Shoes & Boots 
  • Facial hair, wigs, beards or any other artificial hair
Please note that a manufacturer may change the style of a costume without notice. Changes, no matter how minor, are beyond our control. As long as the item is returned following the above stipulations, we will gladly accept your return for any product that does not meet your satisfaction.

How do I send a return item(s) back?
Review our return policy (see above) to see whether your item is eligible for a refund. In order to return an item you will have to contact us, one of our Amazing costumer service representatives will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN). All returned items require a RAN that must be received within 14 days of the delivery date.

It is important to send your return through the means of a traceable shipping method. Amazing Party Store is not responsible for refunding returned items when we don't receive the item and there is no ability to track the delivery.

Can I exchange what I ordered?
Sorry, but no. Due to our quick stock turn over, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or costume, we ask that you place a new order for the replacement item(s) and return the item(s) you have already received. The reason for this is because the item you may want might be out of stock by the time we receive your return. All applicable policies apply to all returned items.

When will I obtain my refund?
Amazing generally processes returns within one week of receiving the return item. Upon refund, it usually takes the banks a few business days to reflect the adjustment on your statements. During peak season (ie Halloween), the refund process may take two to four weeks.
